Send an email through your connected Gmail account. The message is delivered as if you sent it from your inbox — same From address, same domain reputation.

Permissions required
This action needs the Send email capability on the Google connection. If the user unchecked it during the wizard, the run fails with a 403 — open the connection card, click Reconnect Google, re-check Send email.
Example use cases
- Notify on form submit — API Trigger → Send Email with the submitter's data in the body.
- Daily digest — scheduled flow gathers data, sends a summary to the team list.
- Telegram → Email handoff — incoming Telegram message becomes an email to support.
Errors you might see
error output | Meaning |
|---|---|
Recipient (to) is required | The to input was empty after sources resolved. Check the action card. |
Insufficient Permission | Connection lacks gmail.send. Reconnect with the box checked. |
Google connection has been revoked — reconnect it from the Connections page. | The user revoked Fainflow from their Google account, or the refresh token expired. |
Gmail send failed: 429 | Per-user Gmail rate limit. Retry the run; throttle the flow if frequent. |
