1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fainflow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Service Description
Fainflow is a visual automation platform for building messenger workflows. You can connect messaging services, create automated flows, and execute them on our infrastructure. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use Fainflow.
4. Plans, Billing & Refunds
Fainflow offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with different usage limits. Paid plans are sold through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as Merchant of Record — Lemon Squeezy is the seller of the transaction, handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (VAT), and its terms of sale apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your limits revert to the free plan. As Fainflow is a digital service whose performance begins immediately, you acknowledge that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed; refund requests are otherwise handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy — contact us and we will help.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Fainflow for: sending spam or unsolicited messages, violating third-party terms of service (including Telegram's), distributing malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or any illegal activity.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your flows, configurations, and data. Fainflow retains ownership of the platform, its design, code, and documentation. You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fainflow is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, third-party service failures, or actions taken by your automated flows. You are responsible for the behavior of your flows and compliance with applicable laws.
8. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using Fainflow and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms (in particular the Acceptable Use section), if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you reasonable advance notice where possible. Upon termination your flows stop executing and your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law & Seller
The Fainflow service is operated by Oleksandr Shcherbyna, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (ul. Zamknięta 10/1.5, 30-554 Kraków, Poland; NIP: PL6772518711, REGON: 540273346). These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you additionally keep all protections granted by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring disputes before the courts of that country.
